Once your purchase is completed, you will receive instant access to your digital product via email delivery and/or download access on the checkout confirmation page.
Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
If you do not receive your product within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting support.
Physical Merchandise
Red Flag Psychology merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners.
Production typically takes between 2–7 business days before your order is shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Red Flag Psychology cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue where applicable.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
