At Red Flag Psychology, we strive to provide high-quality digital products, educational content, and premium merchandise designed to promote awareness, healing, and self-development.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our ebooks, guides, workbooks, checklists, and other downloadable products, all digital product sales are considered final once the product has been delivered to the customer's email address or made available for download.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you experience:

issues accessing your product,
failed delivery,
corrupted files, or
accidental duplicate purchases,

please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds for digital products may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

Please note:

Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.
Abuse of refund requests may result in denial of future purchases.

Physical Merchandise

We partner with trusted print-on-demand suppliers to produce and fulfill our merchandise.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Because all merchandise is made to order specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

incorrect size selection,
buyer's remorse,
change of mind, or
orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears to be lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and find a solution.
